Because our products are freshly made food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. Once an order has left our premises, we cannot take it back, exchange it, or resell it under any circumstances.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If there is an issue with your order (for example, you have received the wrong item or it has been damaged prior to collection), please contact us within 2 hours of collection with:

We will always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Allergies & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information and allergy advice before placing an order.
Due to the bespoke nature of many of our bakes, custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed once confirmed.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
