How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, choose your favourites, and place your order through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Are your bakes made fresh?

Yes! All our bakes are made fresh to order in small batches to ensure the best flavour and quality.

Do you offer delivery or collection?

Details on collection or delivery will be shown at checkout. Please make sure you select the correct option and date when placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to the nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once confirmed. If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

As our products are freshly made food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of collection and we’ll do our best to help.

All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that our bakes are completely nut-free.
